With more singles than ever, many women are rethinking how to answer their wish for children. This podcast "Maar ik wil het niet alleen" (“But I Don’t Want to Do It Alone”) opens up one of today’s most relevant paths: solo motherhood with a donor-plus.

Combining my journalism background with creative storytelling, I co-create the podcast with a friend of 23 years who shares the exact same family form. In intimate, open, and honest conversations, we talk about choosing this route, finding the right donor-plus, ensuring our kids grown bonds with their biological father, and navigating pregnancy, birth, legalities, and career impact as solo mothers.
